Courtney Reeder, MPAS, PA-C, MS, RDN, LD
Courtney is an experienced healthcare provider, with a unique experience as being both a Certified Physician Assistant and a Registered Dietitian with over 12 years of professional healthcare experience with outpatient, inpatient, and telehealth work in her repertoire. Her primary focus has been in the cardiovascular specialty with both Adults and pediatrics, but has worked in primary care, oncology, hospitalist, critical care, and others. She is currently a Lead Physician Assistant with a telehealth group based out of Texas and works PRN maintain her bedside skills. She brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and an ability to work directly with Providers to optimize schedules and assist in strategic usage of EMR to reduce administrative burdens. Her breadth of experience in multiple organizations brings a distinct perspective to every practice she works with, bringing best practices from across the country with her.
Brad Reeder, MBA, MHA, FACHE, LSSBB
Brad is a seasoned, board certified, healthcare administration leader specializing in the management of healthcare organizations of varying complexities and sizes. Currently the Department Administrator for Neurology at Baylor College of Medicine, Brad's background consists of over 15 years of senior leadership positions in the Public, Private, and Federal health sectors from COO to Practice management. He specializes in team building and leadership development along with understanding all aspects of strategic business planning and execution. Brad is intimately familiar with advancing a culture of safety, quality, and talent management. His unique ability to inspire individuals to better themselves and those around them raise every organization he has had the opportunity to work with.
Robert Reeder, MHA, LFACHE
Robert is a retired Healthcare Executive with over 45 years of experience. His resume includes all leadership positions from Practice manager to CEO of large healthcare systems. Highlights of his career include being the CEO of rural healthcare organizations, being a member of the Rural Healthcare Association of Washington, CEO within the Veteran's Health Administration Chief Financial Officer, and Hospital Commander in the U.S. Army. His years of experience and passion are unprecedented and his wealth of knowledge elevates every organization he works with. Robert specializes in working with c-suite leaders on best practices and instituting organizational strategic change.
